Happy Easter!!!

This morning we woke up and came down to see if the Easter Bunny had come to the house.  Samantha was so excited to see her Easter Basket but was confused as to why there were eggs scattered around the house.  As she is opening her presents she realized all of the eggs had candy and she had told the Easter bunny she wanted candy and money for Easter.  After opening about four eggs she goes that's ok maybe the Easter Bunny forgot like some mornings I forget to bring my lovey to school.  After going through all of her easter basket it becomes clear that the Easter Bunny has hid easter eggs throughout the house.  After one of the eggs opens and a dollar falls out she says; look mom he didn't forget.  It was time to go get ready for church as Elliana had invited Samantha to go to church with her and Samantha was super excited.

Big Girl Bed!!!

Samantha has been saying she was ready to switch from her toddler bed to her big girl bed so today we switched the bed out.  She was so cute picking out her Minnie Mouse bed set.  Our baby girl is growing up!!!

Coloring Easter Eggs

Another first for Samantha this year was coloring Easter eggs; Paige and Samantha had a blast coloring their Easter Egg Family.  Only one egg was hurt during this expedition...

Happy Easter!!!

This Easter has been a lot of first; here is Samantha with the Easter Bunny...seems daddy always liked to be at the lake for Easter or the lines have always been too long as we never have taken a picture with the Easter Bunny!!!

Samantha's Monkey Birthday Party!!!

Samantha turned 4 and this is the first party she has been able to plan every little detail and she did not disappoint.  Her party was at Monkey Joe's which is one of her favorite places to go and have fun.  Her cake was a blast watching her design; "I want this cake but can you switch the yellow and pink, and on the monkey can you make the bow pink, and instead of flowers can you do pokey dots".  She had us and the designer cracking up.  Her shirt came from Mada Designs (the designer that she modeled for when she was 2; we just happened to see it on facebook and it matched her cake perfectly).  Jennifer from Mada was able to rush it to her.  Samantha's family and friends from school were there and she had an absolute blast!!!
