Today is our last day in Orlando so no parks and we scheduled nothing for today so that we could relax and then head back tomorrow. That said we found out our friends the Miller's daughter who has the same coach as Samantha had a soccer game down in Kissimmee, FL which was about 20 minutes away. Paige, Samantha, & I woke up and headed over to Kissimmee to watch Annie's game. With Sammie's arm being the way it was she was not able to run around and kick the ball around but her and Maggie did do a couple passes during half time. After the game we met up with the Miller's for lunch at Bahama Breeze, just one more time before we leave Florida. After lunch we headed back to the resort and Samantha and I headed to the arcade to get a couple of games in against each other. JuJu and Paige wanted to go to target to get some Black Friday shopping in and then we headed over to Wilderness Lodge where we would be having dinner at their quick service restaurant. After dinner we took the boat ride over to Fort Wilderness to walk around and check it out. We were a little late for the wagon ride so we walked around and checked out the horses and then called it a night. Such a wonderful week at Disney. We will be waking up early and loading up the truck and heading back to Charlotte. Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!

Disney World - Nov 2017 - Day 6 - Epcot - Thanksgiving Day
Thanksgiving Day at Epcot. We woke up early so we could go to McDonalds before making it to the park for rope drop. Epcot has extra magic hours for those staying on Disney Property so we were able to get in at 8:00 as opposed to 9:00 when the park opened for everyone staying off site. After rope drop we headed straight for our favorite ride at Epcot, Soarin'. Then it was off to Test Track; 9:00 park just opening and we already got our two favorite rides in. We then knocked out the other rides that we like prior to heading into World Showcase. Sammie's favorite thing to do at Epcot is to get a Duffy and go to each of the countries and have them stamp it and talk to them about their country. We did not eat around the world but it was pretty close, we would go to a country and get a snack that everyone would share and then we would do it again. We missed some of the countries but we hit a lot of them. For lunch we were in Norway at the Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, where they had Thanksgiving meal and at the same time the Princesses came to each table to visit. After having Turkey, Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, and Cranberry's it was time to say goodbye to the princesses and see some of the other countries. We stayed for the Illuminations, Reflections of Earth fireworks show prior to heading to the front of the park. When we got home Candy Cane (Elf on Shelf) had come for a visit, we were so happy to have her back and can't wait for our adventures with her counting down to Christmas!
