Samanatha had her very first S'mores this weekend at the lake!!!

This weekend Grandma and Grandpa came up to spend the weekend at the lake.  On Saturday night after dinner we decided to cook S'mores.  The first thing to do was to get the fire pit going.  Then wait for the sun to go down.  Next we all watched as Paige began cooking the marshmallows.  Samantha made more of a mess with these than she did her very own birthday cake.  It was just too cute to stop her so we let her go to town prior to calling it quits and cleaning her up.

Surprise visit by McRae and Family.

McRae called and said they would be coming through on Friday night and would stop by and visit. They did not have Andy with them as he had stayed back with Grandpa but they had Paulo. They decided to spend the night as the kids were having the greatest time playing together. Saturday was Paulo's birthday so we picked up some Krispy Kremes and placed a candle in one of the doughnuts and sang Happy Birthday. After breakfast we decided to have our own little birthday party at Monkey Joe's. Samantha and Paulo had so much fun playing together... we were sad to see them leave.
