Soccer - Opening Day!!!

Today was opening day for Indian Trail Athletic Association.  Since the last game got cancelled for rain they had two games today.  Samantha and her teammates had a blast.  In the first game she scored two goals and in the second game she scored once.  The coaches did a great job of getting everyone involved and the kids had a blast.  We love you Samantha!!!

Bike Ride at the park!!!

Today we went to the park to let Samantha ride her bike and she had a blast.  The funny thing is for the last two years we have wondered how Samantha can tear up the toe of her shoes so easily at school and today we learned how it happens.  Samantha (and apparently her friends) play scooter with their bike at school where they stand on the training wheels and treat the bike as a scooter.  Now it makes perfect sense but she sure does love doing it.

Day at the zoo!!!

With today being such a beautiful day we decided to make our first trip of the year to the zoo.  What a wonderful day (minus one little animal that decided to cross our path that was not part of the zoo!!!
