Disney Magic 2014...Day 1

We had talked about doing an extended weekend ski trip but one night mommy asked Samantha and I if we would rather go on a quick 3 day cruise instead to which both Sammie and I said "duh mom".   We woke up on Friday in Jacksonville and started heading to the ship.  Before we even got on the ship Samantha ran into Minnie (which is her favorite princess).  Once on board we wanted to go explore the ship prior to heading to get lunch.  The Disney Magic had just been reimagined so I was very excited to get to see the Aquadunk (a slide where you walk into a capsule and wait for the floor to drop from under you) as well as all of the other changes.  Sammie was excited about the kids pool and her slide which went around and around so after walking around the ship we headed to go swimming prior to the sail away party.  For dinner we ate at Animator's Palate and after dinner we headed to the show for the night and passed Donald on the way, who acted just as happy to see Samantha as Samantha was to see him.  The show for the first night was Twice Charmed which was a wonderful show and afterwards we headed to bed.  Later that night I headed to the theater to watch Saving Mr. Banks in the theater.  Great day and was so looking forward to tomorrow which was going to be our Day at Sea even though technically we were in Nassau, Bahamas.

Do you want to build a snowman....

Samantha talked all last night about going out and building a snowman family...this morning she could not wait to get out and start building.

Blizzard of 2014!!!

Sammie's school was closed today due to the blizzard of 2014 so we decided to go play a little in the snow.  Samantha thinks the snow is fun but I think she is more of a Caribbean beach type of girl.  

For Our Little Princess A Share Of The "Happiest Place on Earth"

Samantha got a package in the mail tonight and when she opened it she was confused at what it was.  It turns out Mommy found out that Walt Disney was going to stop printing stock certificates so she had one share of The Walt Disney Company ordered and framed for Samantha.  The plague says For Our Little Princess A Share Of "The Happiest Place on Earth".  Samantha is now an official owner of The Walt Disney Company and she thinks that is pretty cool that she owns a little bit.  Thanks Mommy!!!
