Green Day followed by birthday cake!!!

Today was Green Day at school and Samantha was so excited but not only for Green Day but because she was officially 4!  She got dressed in Green.  Mommy bought cookies, cheese puffs, and bottled water for her and her friends to celebrate her birthday.  Samantha had such a blast today at school.  After school JuJu and Grandpa came over for dinner and to sing Happy Birthday to her at the house.  We found a M&M ice cream cake; Samantha loves her M&Ms.  Hard to believe our little baby has turned 4; gosh we love that kid!!!

Dr. Seuss: Whoville Hair Day & Crazy Feet Day!!!

I was out of town yesterday so catching up but on Tuesday Samantha's school had Whoville Hair Day (crazy hair).  Samantha wanted to wear bunny ears so that is what she did.

On Wednesday it was Crazy Feet and Samantha decided she wanted to wear different shoes for her crazy feet...I think she got it.

Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!!!

Each year at Samantha's school they have Dr. Seuss week to celebrate the birthday of Dr. Seuss.  Today was CRAZY HAT day and Samantha was so excited.  We always enjoy Dr. Seuss week.

Mommy & Daughter Painting!!!

I was supposed to be out of town until late tonight but got done early so was able to head back to Charlotte early.  Mommy and Sammie had planned on doing painting tonight so it was a special treat for daddy to be part of it.  Mommy painted her picture and Samantha said she wanted to try and paint the same thing.  Two parts that made me crack up...first the cloud had two lines coming down from it.  I asked, Sammie what is that...to which she responded it is raining in my picture.  Second she looked at mommy and said mommy are those birds or bats; mommy responded birds...Sammie said yeah I think I am going to make my bats purple.  Great job Mommy and Sammie!!!

Fun in the snow!!!

This morning we went over to Grandma JuJu and Grandpa's.  Samantha wanted to go outside for a little play in the snow.  Samantha and mommy decided to build a miniature M&M snowman.  Fun in the snow!!!

Cousins playtime!!!

We got the privilege of watching two of Samantha's cousins for a couple hours tonight.  Samantha was so excited that her cousins were coming over to play with her and for about an hour sat at the door looking out the window waiting on them to arrive.  Playing in the playroom; watching movies; riding bikes....they had a blast.  The kids were so wonderful but mommy and I both still agree one & done!
