Working on the playhouse and Sammie bumped her head

Grandpa came over today to help daddy work on Sammie's playhouse.  Sammie was trying to help with each piece and mommy said that she would take Sammie to the store so that we could actually get some work done.  About half way through putting the structure together we get a call from Paige saying that we needed to come to Lowes Food right away.  I have no idea if someone has hit my car, if Sammie was hurt, or what the heck was going on.  When we get there we see Mommy in the truck and we run over to see what is wrong and she said to take a look at your daughter's head.  Sammie has a knot the size of a golf ball on her forehead.  We decide that Mommy should take her to the urgent care just to have it checked out and Grandpa and I will go back and work on the house.  According to mommy Sammie was adorable at the doctor and when they did x-rays she started posing for the camera and saying cheese, the nurses died laughing and absolutely loved her.  The x-rays appeared to be fine but they will have the radiologist review it tomorrow and call us to let us know if they have any concerns.  When she got home the swelling had went down due to having ice on it but she was still a little cautious.  That said once she saw the playhouse she was her normal self and had a blast...we had to beg her to come in.  Tomorrow Grandpa and Daddy will work on the floor and will hopefully get it finished. 
The good news is Sammie and Daddy have a new song:

One little Sammie running through the store;
she fell down and bumped her head;
the mommy went to the doctor and the doctor said....no more Sammie running in the store...soooooo
