Magic Kingdom

The plan for this morning was suppose to be to relax and get back into the swing of things and then go to Magic Kingdom on Monday. Paige (who is not your typical morning person) wakes up at 7:00 and asks what do you think about going to Magic Kingdom today. I look surprised and then she explains that she looked last night and they are calling for thunderstorms late this evening and all day tomorrow. So we ask Sammie (who slept through the night) if she was ready to see Cinderella and she seemed ready. So at 9:30 we arrived at the park. Below is a 7 minute cut video of our trip and then some pictures from the day. We could not ask for a better child, both Paige and I were a little worried prior to making this trip....how would she act....was it too early...would she get anything out of it....how are we going to keep her out of the sun. As we had learned while researching online we were not the only people there with a 10 week old baby...there were plenty of infants...but I do think we had the prettiest and best behaved.

Her favorite part of the day was by far the Mickey's Philharmagic Show...it is the 3D show where it squirts air and it is pretty intense...everyone around us was getting a kick out of Samantha watching it. Her eyes were so big just taking it all in, very similar to the way she is with her Baby Einstein DVDs. You will notice one point in the video where I tried to record it but it was too dark to see anything.

During the process of getting the princess pictures, you are suppose to get one picture with each of the princesses, you can see Samantha got their attention and they did not want to let Sammie go on to see the rest of the park.

All in all we had a wonderful time and it was great to get to experience this with her.
