Great Wolf Lodge

Saturday morning dad (and Ryan) stopped by the house to get a couple faxes out and then we were off to Concord's Great Wolf Lodge. We checked into the Great Wolf Lodge around 11:00 and then headed straight to the water park. Papa, Nana, Aunt Michelle, Uncle Anthony, Chase, Morgan, Ethan, Jay, Amanda, Ryan, & Nicholas were all there to enjoy the activities. We thought Samantha would probably not get anything out of it except for getting to watch her cousins but boy were we wrong. Samantha absolutely loved the water park...the first day she got to know it and learn how it all worked but on Sunday morning she would not stop laughing and splashing in the water (thanks to cousin Ethan for teaching her how to do it). Special thanks to Papa who watched Samantha while Mommy and Daddy went on scary rides like the tornado funnel.

On Saturday we played in the water park until about 6:00pm and then we headed up for dinner at the lodge and then after dinner headed over for the bed time story. After the bed time story we went down stairs to watch the older kids play in the water park prior to us heading to the arcade. The magiquest game seemed very cool but we will have to wait until Samantha is a little older to play that game...Paiger is very excited about it, though.

Sunday morning Samatha woke up at 6:30 (not normal) ready to go. We went down to get some breakfast around 8:00 and then we were off to the water park. Samantha loved it, on Sunday it did not matter if the water was splashing her directly in the face she was laughing. We were having so much fun on Sunday I did not even pull out the camera...Paige and I decided that we just wanted to soak it all in. We hung around until about 1:00 on Sunday and then decided it was time to head home.

We really had a great time and this is definately something we will do again.
