Matthews Alive!!!

After Friday night getting rained out we decided that we would wake up Saturday morning and head to the Matthews Alive parade and then go ride some rides.  There is something cool about living in a big city like Charlotte but still getting to enjoy a small town parade.  We had a blast at the parade and riding the rides afterwards.  Only in a small town does a train actually come through the middle of the city and interupt the parade.  Samantha loved seeing Sir Purr and Homer!  She was exhausted when we got home and went straight to sleep for her nap.
