On Sunday Samantha popped out of bed and said good morning guys you ready to have fun today (the kid cracks me up). We eat breakfast and then ask her would she rather go to the waterpark or go build sandcastles; to which she replies how about both guys? So off we went. This time we knew the waterpark did not open till 10:00 so we took our time getting there. Samantha loved the waterpark. We were worried about if it was going to rain since there was a tropical storm off the coast so we decided to go ahead and head to the beach (as opposed to early lunch) to make sure we got some sandcastles in prior to calling it a day. Samantha and daddy built two sandcastles...a daddy king sand castle and Samantha princess sand castle (with a river in between them which Samantha let daddy know would protect hers from getting messed up). It was then time to head up and listen to a band and eat lunch prior to heading back to the room for a nap. After the nap mommy wanted to go to her favorite Mexican Restaurant down here (you can only eat seafood so much) which had great food. After dinner it was time to decide what to do with the rest of the night; we decided to take a step back in time and go to Main and Ocean Blvd in North Myrtle. Of course we thought of Grandma Bern as we know how much she likes this place. We rode rides; we danced (video of Samantha's dance moves to come next week as the video loads too slow here); we rode more rides; we checked out Fat Harold's (really so we could get a quick pick of Samantha dancing in there; I am not sure some of the older folks like us bringing a three year old in there to cut a rug); we ate ice cream and then we rode more rides. As we were about to leave Paige and Samantha wanted to play skeeball and during the process won 10 tickets (wahoo!). As we were standing in line one of the workers called her over as he was filling up a machine with tickets and just handed her a stack of tickets so our 10 turned into 179. That girl has a way of pulling people in very quickly that is for sure. After getting our prizes we decided it was past her bed time although she kept saying guys I am not tired. We headed back to the resort so that we all could crash. We had worried about rain all day and we never saw a drop of it...looks like the tropical storm is going to land south of us (was hoping to get some cool pictures of it).
