We woke up and had about a 2 hour drive to the ship from the hotel. Samantha and mommy headed down to get some breakfast while daddy finished some work knowing he would be away from his computer for 7 days. After hitting send on the last email we loaded up the truck and we were on our way. All three of us could not stop smiling as we were so excited to get on the ship. We came up on the exit and off in the distance we could see our ship sitting there ready for us to come aboard. We parked right beside the ship and headed in to find that we could walk straight on the ship. We walked in and we hear welcome the Riley Family which is followed by applause of several people in the lobby of the ship and we knew the Disney experience had started. We headed up to get lunch like we always do once getting on the ship and prior to making it to the cafeteria Samantha runs into Daisy who stops and does her tail-feather dance with Samantha. We head to lunch prior to walking around the ship to get familiar with everything. As we are walking around here comes Pluto and then Donald who all stop what they are doing to spend a little one on one time with Samantha. We decided to go and check and see if the room is available and it is. As we enter the room Samantha and Daddy notice a package that mommy had Disney put in our room which included an 8 pack of Mt. Dews (which is not available on the ship). Then we notice there is a package for Samantha from Mickey and pals welcoming her on his ship. Disney also includes two wave phones in the room which allows you to call phone to phone as well as let the kids camp call the parents to let them know the kids would like to be picked up. We decide to walk around the ship some more and go check out the kids club which Samantha is very excited about. It was then time for the sail away party which included all of Mickey and his pals prior to heading to dinner. At dinner we met our dinner mates who also had a 4 year old daughter named Ali who Samantha would think the world of before the cruise is over. After dinner we headed to get a couple signatures prior to going to a kid's event "Mirror Mirror" and then calling it a night getting ready for our day at sea tomorrow which is our favorite days.
