Spring Break Cruise - Day 6 - Half Moon Cay

Day 6 and final day was at our favorite Carnival destination Half Moon Cay.  This is Carnival's private island and the beach is amazing.  Because we booked a cabana on the island we were guaranteed to be on the first or second tender over to the island.  So we were up early heading to breakfast on the Lido waiting on them to tell us we could tender over.  As we walked by the pool a bunch of towel animals had decided to save seats since they knew all of the passengers would be getting off the ship.  We were able to get on the first tender and make our way over to the island.  We absolutely love Half Moon Cay.  We made our way straight to the cabana and then straight to the water.  When you get to the cabana there are all kinds of snacks and drinks available for you.  There is something truly special about floating in that Half Moon Cay water.  For lunch Carnival does an island BBQ which we went and got and brought back to the cabana to eat.  We then headed straight back into the water to enjoy every second prior to having to get back onto the ship.  Getting back on the ship was a longer wait than I remember as they have changed it up but we were also pushing it till almost the last reported tender so that may have been the reason.  Once back on the ship we started getting some of the packing done and then headed to dinner.  Burman the magician came by to show Samantha her very own magic trick and how to do it.  Burman made our trip very special  When it was time to leave the dining room we gave big hugs to all of the waiters who had taken such great care of us.  We then headed to our last show, Latin Nights which was a fabulous show.  Of course after the show we headed to the atrium for one more night of music trivia prior to calling it a night and heading down to get ready for bed.  In the morning we would be getting off the ship and saying goodbye to all of the staff of the Conquest.  We had an absolute wonderful cruise and can not wait to the next one!
