Cruise 2012 - Off the Ship and off for an adventure!!!

Thursday morning arrived and it was time to say goodbye to Freddy's ship so we got dressed and then headed upstairs for breakfast and wait for them to call our number.  The numbers were quick and before we knew it; it was time to head downstairs to get off the ship.  We loaded up the car and then started driving.  One hour later we had made it onto Disney properties; Samantha was so excited when she saw Mickey Mouse although I think the kid knew the whole time.  We headed to our resort which we had stayed at before but thought it would be perfect for relaxing at due to still having the Caribbean feel and excellent pools; Caribbean Beach Resort.  We checked in and then went to check out the room.  We got connecting rooms which Samantha thought was fun to run back and forth between the rooms.  After getting settled in we decided to walk around and show Grandpa and Grandma one of our favorite resorts.  After checking out everything we decided to head back to the room for a quick nap prior to heading out for dinner.  Paige had made reservations at Port Orleans Boatwright's Dining Hall which is a New Orleans style restaurant; the food was great but spicy of course.  After a wonderful dinner Paige brought out the other surprise that she had reserved- a horse and carriage ride for all of us since we did not get to do it in Nassau.  What a beautiful ride through Port Orleans it was.  We were lucky to get Bob who is Princess Belle's horse!  After that we decided to get in the car and head to Downtown Disney so Samantha could party which she had talked about all day....PAARRRTTTTYYYY!!!!!
