Cruise 2012 - The trip begins!!!

We had taken off on Friday so after getting the dogs in the kennel and getting everything loaded up we headed over to pick-up Grandma JuJu and Grandpa. We left around 11:00 and made it to Columbia prior to needing to stop to eat. Since we were trying to make good time we stopped at Wendy's for a quick bite and then Grandma JuJu and Samantha shared a Frosty. We then were back on the road and somehow yesterday daddy completely lost his voice so I can't talk; this should be interesting. Paige decided to give me a break so she jumped in the driver seat for about 2 hours; go Paige driving the Tundra. We absolutely love St. Augustine so we decided to go into town to eat dinner and walk around. What a beautiful little town. We found a nice little cajun seafood place with outdoor seating so we decided to eat dinner there. After walking around some more we decided to head to the hotel. We got back on the interstate and drove about 30 more mins so we are about 1 hour and 20 mins from the ship. Tommorrow we will wake up and begin the cruise. One of the reasons we love taking cruises so much is there is no internet (the one vacation daddy can't bring his laptop or blackberry on the ship) so like always no more blogs until we are back in Florida. I will probably do one per day just like if we had done them on the ship. Wish you were here....
