Waterpark, Beach, and Rides...Oh My!!!

We woke up Saturday super excited about heading to the waterpark.  We slept in a little and then started getting ready.  We took our time walking around and exploring; stopping to get mommy a coffee prior to heading out to walking on the beach.  While walking on the beach we found some sea shells and also saw those little things that sting Nemo's dad in Finding Nemo.  We get there about 9:15 but the waterpark does not open till 10:00.  A perfect excuse for Samantha to put on a show for mommy and daddy.  Samantha loved the waterpark although they have a rule that three and under have to go down the waterslide with mommy or daddy which daddy did not complain about since I now have to go down the slide.  We then headed to the lazy river which Samantha thought was alot of fun.  After riding the slide a couple more times Samantha said I want to go to the pool that has sand in it so off we went.  There are alot of pools on the property but this particular pool has sand in the bottom of it which was just the coolest thing according to Samantha.  When then head up to the pool side bar for a quick lunch prior to heading out to the beach to play in the water and build sand castles.  Samantha and daddy built a river around our castles but the water would disappear prior to us getting back to pour more in but that did not stop the fun.  We then headed up to the room for a nap prior to heading out for the night.  After our nap we got ready and headed to Broadway at the Beach for dinner and to ride some rides.  They have two sets of rides at Broadway at the Beach the first are ones that they made/brought for that purpose and the other set are old rides from the original Pavillion.  It was funny to know that some of these rides are as old as I am and Samantha still had the biggest smile on her face as she rode them.  This was the first time she was tall enough to ride on The Caterpillar (video to follow later today).  After riding all of the rides we decided to play a few games; Samantha played the darts game and hit 3 ballons out of 3 darts...pretty impressive.  We were getting tired so we called it a night and headed back to the resort to call it a night.
